Your MarbleWala Visit Pass

A code (like MW-K4817) and QR for one enquiry. Show it, or say "MarbleWala, {code}", at the godown. Valid for 6 months.

• Stock checked before you travel: we confirm the lot with the supplier and tell you the date we did.
• Slabs ready: where the godown agrees, the slabs are pulled out and ready on your visit date.
• Rate in writing: when the supplier gives a rate, we send it to you on WhatsApp before you travel, with its validity.
• 48-hour hold request: we ask the supplier to hold the lot; it is held only once the supplier confirms.
• Our help: if something goes wrong at the godown, our desk will help you sort it out with the supplier. (We are not the seller and cannot guarantee the goods.)
• At MarbleWala Partner godowns only: the godown has agreed in writing that MarbleWala buyers never pay more than its walk-in rate. Quoted more? Tell us.

Only for purchases from a godown that confirmed your visit through MarbleWala (your pass shows "Registered"). If you buy from that godown and upload the bill within 30 days of the bill date, we send you ₹500 by UPI for a stone bill of ₹50,000 or more, or ₹1,000 for ₹2,00,000 or more (stone value before GST). A "bill" means the godown's bill, estimate, kachha slip or delivery challan showing the godown, date and amount; a UPI or bank payment screenshot to the godown's own account is accepted as support. One thank-you per pass. Not for architects, designers, contractors, builders or dealers. If the bill is in the name of a trust, society, firm or company, we pay only that entity's own account, against a receipt.

How we verify: we ask the godown to confirm; if it does not reply within 3 working days, we treat the bill as verified when its GSTIN is active on the GST portal and the details (and the e-invoice QR, where printed) match, or when your payment proof to the godown's account matches; a "no" from the godown against your proof of payment goes to our founder, who decides within 7 days. We pay within 7 working days of verification, to a UPI in your name, after you confirm from your own WhatsApp number. A fake or altered bill is never paid. This thank-you is never linked to leaving a rating.

The first 20 registered passes each month carry the offer (each pass says whether it does). This is a launch offer and can end with notice: we will give at least 30 days' notice on this page, and every pass that carries the offer keeps it.

Your bill and UPI ID. We use your bill only to verify the purchase, pay the thank-you and settle our fee with the supplier; we share it only with the supplier who issued it. We ask for your UPI ID only when we pay, use it only for that payment, and delete it 90 days after paying. You agree to this use when you upload a bill.
