What we do

  • We remove the disputed listing or photo within 24 hours while we check, and tell you the outcome.
  • Suppliers can pause or remove their own listings at any time from their dashboard or by WhatsApp to +91 91374 35784; we act the same day.
  • If your listing was removed after someone else's report, reply with proof that you own the photos or have a licence, and we will restore it.
  • Repeat problems. We keep a record of removals and suspend sellers who repeatedly list content they do not own.
  • Government and court orders are actioned within 3 hours of receipt. Removed photos are deleted with their copies and image data within 30 days; one access-restricted evidence copy is kept for 180 days as the law requires.
