We show "Verified supplier, {city}" only when both checks below were passed in the last 12 months. Otherwise you see "Supplier in {city}".

  • GST checked: we looked up the supplier's GSTIN on the government GST portal; it was "Active" and the legal name matched.
  • Godown video-checked: the supplier showed us, on a live WhatsApp video, the godown signboard, the stock rows, two lot numbers and the location.

Extra marks you may see: On-site checked {date} (our team visited) · Stock confirmed {date} (the supplier confirmed this lot to us on that date).

What verification does not mean

It is not a guarantee of the stone's quality, origin, price or stock on the day you visit. Descriptions and origin are as declared by the supplier. Always inspect in daylight and get the slab numbers, thickness and rate in writing.

Verification is never sold

Every supplier who passes the checks gets the label at no cost. MarbleWala Partners are checked faster, not more easily. "Verified" does not change ranking.

Ratings

Only buyers whose enquiry reached that supplier through MarbleWala can rate. Stars appear after 3 ratings. We publish low ratings too; suppliers can reply but cannot delete. We never pay or reward anyone for a rating. We do not import ratings from other websites.
