Specify stone without chasing ten suppliers
Shortlist real, in-stock lots from India's stone yards into project boards. Share a clean board with your client, print spec sheets, and send one enquiry to every supplier.
Free · No commissions, ever · Works on your phone at the yard
Everything between “I like this marble” and the purchase order
Live inventory with real lot photos
Search slabs and lots that suppliers actually have in their yards, with sizes, thickness, available sq ft and the date stock was last checked.
Project boards by room
Save stones into “Living room floor”, “Master bath walls”, “Kitchen counter”. Add areas, notes and alternatives; reorder as the design moves.
Client-ready share links
Send a clean, read-only board on WhatsApp. Your client approves or comments per stone; you see every decision. Supplier names stay private, and you decide whether prices show.
Spec sheets in one click
Print or save as PDF: finish, thickness, slab size, lot and slab data, origin, technical data where the supplier publishes it, and quantities with wastage.
One enquiry to every supplier
Request quotes for the whole project at once. MarbleWala splits it per supplier with your quantities, rooms and timeline, and follows up for you.
Samples and lot-hold requests
Ask for samples that represent the actual lot, not a showroom chip. Request a lot hold while your client decides — we confirm it with the supplier, usually within a few hours.
Three steps, one board
- 1Create a project
Add the client, city and type. Rooms appear as you save stones into them.
- 2Save stones as you browse
Tap “Save to project” on any stone, pick the room and enter the area. The board adds wastage and checks lot coverage.
- 3Share, print, request
Send the client link on WhatsApp, print the spec sheet, and request quotes, samples or a lot hold for the whole project. Holds count only once the supplier confirms.
Different lots of the same stone rarely match. Enter the area per room and the board adds wastage (10% straight, 15% diagonal, 20% pattern) and warns you when a lot can't cover it — before the floor is half laid.
The Architects (Professional Conduct) Regulations, 1989 ask architects not to give or take commissions for introducing work. MarbleWala Pro never pays them. We give you better tools instead, and your client sees honest rate bands.
Before you sign up
Is it really free?
Yes. Pro accounts are free for architects and interior designers. We never pay commissions, referral fees or “architect discounts” — the Council of Architecture's conduct regulations don't allow them, and your clients deserve a transparent price.
Will my client see my suppliers?
No. The shared board shows each stone, its finish, size, origin city and your notes for the client — not the supplier list. You can also hide prices with one switch.
Why do you ask for my CoA number?
It's optional. We check it against the Council of Architecture register so suppliers know a request comes from a registered architect; verified architects are marked as such on quote requests and shared boards. Interior designers can join without one.
How accurate are the cost estimates?
They are indicative: the supplier's listed rate or rate band × your area + wastage + GST (18% on slabs). Freight, cutting, polishing and laying are extra. Suppliers confirm final rates when they quote.
What happens after I request quotes?
Your request reaches MarbleWala's team as one enquiry per supplier, with the rooms and quantities you specified. We confirm stock and lots with each supplier and connect you with their quotes.
