Who we are

The Marble Wala (a sole proprietorship), Orion Imperia, Naroli, Silvassa, Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu 396230, India runs MarbleWala Pro. MarbleWala Pro is free.

Your clients' details

Client details you add to boards and quotes are processed by MarbleWala on your behalf: shown only to you and the clients you share them with, and deleted when you delete the board. We never contact or market to your clients.

No commissions, either way

MarbleWala pays professionals nothing and takes nothing from them: no commission, referral fee, discount, gift or other inducement, in money or in kind. Our Partner Terms forbid suppliers to give any to a professional for a project MarbleWala introduced. Any project rate on your quote is a rate for your client.

Quotes and spec sheets

MarbleWala is not the seller on your quote. Stone, rates and stock on a quote or spec sheet are as declared by the supplier on the date shown; the client buys from the supplier. A request to hold a lot is not a hold until the supplier confirms it.

Your account

The details you give are true. If you give a Council of Architecture registration number we check it against the register; a number we cannot verify is not shown as verified. You are responsible for what is done from your account; tell us at once if someone else may have used it.

Rules for content you upload (IT Rules, rule 3(1)(b))

You will not upload or share anything on MarbleWala that:

  • belongs to someone else and you have no right to use (photos, text, catalogues, trademarks);
  • is false or misleading about the stone, its origin, size, thickness, finish, stock or price;
  • is obscene, defamatory, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or harmful to a child;
  • infringes a patent, trademark, copyright or other proprietary right;
  • impersonates another person or business, or is meant to deceive buyers about who is selling;
  • threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security or sovereignty of India, public order or friendly relations with other countries, or is otherwise unlawful;
  • contains software viruses or anything designed to interrupt or damage a computer resource.
  • We may remove such content, suspend the account, and report offences as the law requires.

Complaints, law and changes

Complaints: raise a complaint. Your data: privacy.

Indian law applies; courts at Silvassa have jurisdiction. We date every version and tell you before a change that affects you applies.
