Is it free?+
Getting started is free: we import your products and send you enquiries. If we introduce paid plans later, we will tell you first — nothing is charged without your OK.
Will my competitors see my prices?+
Only if you want. You can hide prices everywhere (buyers see “price on request” and you quote on enquiry), or show them. You decide per business, and can change it any time.
Will my enquiries go to other sellers?+
No. An enquiry about your stone comes to you. MarbleWala checks each enquiry first — real buyer, quantity, city — so you are not chasing spam.
I don't have a website. Can I still join?+
Yes. Most of our sellers start with an Excel sheet, a PDF catalogue, their WhatsApp catalogue, or just photos from the yard.
How fast will my products be online?+
Usually within minutes for Excel, feeds and websites. PDF catalogues and photo uploads can take a little longer. You can watch the import happen live.
Can I stop at any time?+
